The Body Rhythm

Hi Reader,

Something I wish I'd known sooner: you don't have to say yes to everything.

The thing on your desk can wait. Time with the people you love, moments to slow down — those can't. And when you're tired, or sick, or working through something hard with your S.O., slowing down isn't a luxury. It's the whole point.

So today, let it be slow. Let it be soft.

Have a slowed down Friday. A slowed down weekend.

Be well and nourished,
Chelsea

P.S. What's one thing you can let wait until Monday? Hit reply and tell me.

Hi Reader, Fall is starting to peek through, but the heat's still hanging on, so I'm balancing both this week. I also just moved (more on that below), and this week's episode dives into something I think a lot of you will feel seen by: the way perimenopause and menopause gets blamed for everything you're feeling. WHAT YOUR...

Chelsea Johnson Ayurveda The Body Rhythm Beyond Equality: The Shakti Within Hi Reader, Women's Equality Day was last week, August 26th. It's a day to honor the women who fought for the right to vote, to lead, to be full members of society. But I think equality is asking something more of us now — not to keep proving we can match the pace and productivity, but to allow ourselves the room for softness, creativity, rhythm, connection, nourishment, and rest. WHAT YOUR BODY KNOWS Many of us are...
